We want you to love your FyneFIT pieces! If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Final Sale Items Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start a Return Email us at fitnessfynellc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions from there.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please reach out to us to get started. Again, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's done.

Shipping Costs Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right immediately.
