Processing Time  All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery  Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking  Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages  If your order arrives damaged or is lost in trasnit, please contact us at fitnessfynellc@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
